SheepCap is a VDS DLL for capturing the whole or parts of the screen.
Usage:

SheepCap <Path to BMP>{,<left>,<top>,<width>,<height>}
]]>
Leaving off the position parameters will cause the whole screen to be captured.

Tested on Windows 95 and XP and should work on all systems between.
